To apply for the 2024-2025 school year (beginning in August 2024), students must turn 3 years old by November 1, 2024.
Children must be fully potty-trained by the first day of school (we do understand accidents happen, of course!).
As a licensed childcare facility in California, we are required to collect immunization documentation for both students and parent volunteers.
Families must be able to fulfill the Tuition & Participation commitments.
Come by to learn what Kiddie Kampus is all about!
Parents and children will be able to explore our indoor and outdoor classroom / play area during a typical school day.
We ask that all families attend a tour before applying to Kiddie Kampus.

Applications for the 2025-2026 school year are due by March 5th, 2025*.
We begin to offer spots to families in mid-to-late March. Incoming Kiddie Kampus families hold their student's spot with a completed Enrollment Packet and a $150 non-refundable enrollment fee.
*If you have missed this deadline, you may still apply to join our wait pool. Often plans change over the Summer and we are able to offer relinquished spots to applicants in our wait pool.
Kiddie Kampus depends on full enrollment and an annual tuition structure to remain viable. Therefore it is necessary for the school to enforce the following withdrawal policy. Families become members of the cooperative once their enrollment packets are submitted. Tuition is determined by which program or programs your student is enrolled in -- Preschool only, or Preschool + Pre-K. As outlined below you are responsible for the tuition for ALL the programs you are enrolled in. Any family who wishes to withdraw from the school, on either a permanent or temporary basis, shall provide one month’s notice in writing to the Director and Board.
A family who withdraws before the first day of school shall pay a $200 withdrawal fee plus the first month’s tuition.
A family who withdraws after the first day of school and before winter break shall pay a $200 withdrawal fee and will be responsible for tuition until the Board is able to find a child to replace the withdrawing student--even if the student who has withdrawn is no longer attending Kiddie Kampus. While the Board will use its best efforts to enroll a replacement student, it is not always possible for the school to find a suitable replacement.
Given the difficulties associated with locating a replacement student late in the school year, a family that chooses to withdraw after winter break shall pay a $200 withdrawal fee and the remainder of their annual tuition.
The withdrawing family shall complete and sign a withdrawal form showing that such family has completed all work and financial obligations as outlined in the manual. The withdrawal form shall be presented to the Director for verification prior to the withdrawing family's last day of school. The withdrawing family shall pay off any remaining yearly balance before the last attendance day, or another date agreed upon in advance by the Director.
Parents must fulfill all volunteer obligations through the last day of their student’s attendance. Such volunteer obligations include helper positions duties, work day responsibilities, on-call duties, weekend clean days, and any other volunteer obligations outlined in the manual. If the withdrawing family is unable to complete such volunteer obligations and they do not wish to be charged a fee, as described below, such family may find a substitute to complete such volunteer responsibilities for the withdrawing family. In this case, the withdrawing family must notify the Director prior to the date of withdrawal. Volunteer hours for the year will be prorated according to withdrawal date and the withdrawing family will be charged $25 per hour for any volunteer hours that have not been completed prior to the withdrawing student’s last day of attendance.
A withdrawing family in good standing (all financial and membership obligations to date have been met) may appeal in writing for relief from their financial obligations . Such written appeal must be made no later than 5 days prior to the withdrawing student’s last day of attendance.
Once the Board addresses the appeal, the decision of the Board is final and the withdrawing family is expected to accept the final decision. There is no guarantee that the Board will accept the appeal or grant the relief requested by the withdrawing family.
This appeal process does not prevent either the withdrawing family or the school from seeking remedy through legal action or other debt collection processes.
