Tuition & Participation

Tuition is based on the student's number of scheduled attending days per week, which afternoon programs your child is participating in, and your family's participation status. Tuition rates are subject to change yearly.

Morning Program

• • 3 days per week : $381/month

  • 4 days per week : $508/month

  • 5 days per week : $635/month*

Afternoon Programs 

• • TK (2 afternoons/week): $305/month

  • TK (4 afternoons/week): $610/month*

  • Enrichment (1 afternoon/week): $100/4-week session or $200/8-week session (+ materials fees if applicable)

  • Extended Care (1 afternoon/week): $30/day if pre-registered, $27.50/day for walk-on

Participation Status** 

• • Participating: tuition as listed above

  • Full Non-Participating: tuition as listed above, plus $400/month

  • Partial Non-Participating: tuition as listed above, plus $250/month

*Some years we are able to offer a 5 day/week attending schedule and/or 4 days of TK but this is not guaranteed.

**Non-Participating and Partially Non-Participating families are those who want their children to be able to attend Kiddie Kampus but are not able to meet the participation commitments, either temporarily or long-term. We are able to offer a very limited number of these spots every year. See below for more details. 

A co-op can be your school as much as your child's. Parent/guardian involvement is an essential component to Kiddie Kampus and is achieved by each family in the following ways:

Classroom Assistance

• Attending an orientation before the start of the year

• Working at the school during the morning program one day per week (8:40 am ~ 12:20 pm)

  • May include working during an offsite field trip (i.e. Tilden Little Farm)

School Support

• Volunteering for at least 25 hours per year in a helper position (event planner, art docent, tour parent, librarian, field trip coordinator, etc.) or board position

• Participating in 3-4 school Weekend Cleanings per year

• Working 3 hours on a School Maintenance Day per year

Community Building

• Attending a school-wide meeting one evening per month

• Attending occasional offsite parent education nights

• Purchasing one family ticket to the annual Spaghetti Feed fundraiser

• Volunteering for at least 5 hours per year at fundraising and social events during the school year

• Volunteering for at least 1 position in preparation for and 1 position during the annual Spaghetti Feed fundraiser

• Volunteering for at least 1 Graduation Celebration helper position (for any family of a non-graduating student)

Beginning in 2022, Kiddie Kampus has been able to offer a very limited number of non-participating spots for families who want their children to be able to attend Kiddie Kampus but are not able to meet the participation commitments, either temporarily or long-term. If approved, these families pay an additional fee each month in exchange for a release from certain volunteering obligations. Non-Participation status availability depends on the number of families that are enrolled at the school.

Full Non-Participating families are released from weekly work day, family helper position, and Maintenance Day obligations. They still attend Orientation, monthly General Meetings, and fundraising participation requirements. 

Partial Non-Participating families are released from the weekly work day requirement only. They still fulfill all other school participation requirements.
